I will be honest and say that I clicked through the prompt spinner a couple times before selecting the prompt I wanted to write about today which might have defeated the purpose. Today I write from my lab desk in 424 where outside it is a chilly 50ish degrees and this morning I considered wearing my parka (but knew that would be too extreme). Provided by my 543 class I used a reflection prompt spinner to lead my reflection this Friday.

This week was my first full week of classes and I feel much better about having a rhythm. I've said this word before either to family or friends but thinking about why the word rhythm feels so salient to me is because I like plans, I like calendars and schedules. Today I reflect on listing the critical moments from my recollection of the week and elaborate on my plans to sleep more next week.

Throughout my time at Northwestern I learned about how important it was to ask for feedback and take feedback with a critical lens. Now, I think I am at a point where I would like to reflect on the feedback I have gotten.

For my first timed blog post reflecting for our reflection journal I made sure to set the scene for myself. I have an stopwatch on my IPhone that started exactly when I typed out my first word, I am sitting in one of the most recommended coffee shops in Fremont overlooking the water near the troll with a homemade vanilla latte to my right.
